In these very lean economic times, Angela Logan was
threatened with the reality that she was just days
away from losing the house that she lived in for over
20 years.

That's when she refused to quit and submit to her troubles
and turned one of her favorite recipes for apple cakes into
a money maker.

Watch the video clip, this is an encouraging story about how
crisis doesn't have to bring out the worst, but it can indeed
bring out the best in a person.
